The robbery gang involved in the operation was made up of five men. They were carrying out their robbery at Lekki lagos state but unknown to them, a high ranking police officer was in the area. The Police Officer called for backup and they arrived in no distant time and eliminated the Robbers by using one of the robbers as bait when he was shot on the leg. The one shot on the leg made some interesting revelations concerning their mode of operation and how they get information.
