  According to Pinellas County’s sheriff, a hacker broke into the computer system of a facility that treats water for about 15,000 people in the town of Oldsmar near Tampa in the US state of Florida and sought to add a dangerous level of additive to the water supply. A Massive Cyber Attack Hit Australian Government

On Friday, the media reported that a massive cyber attack hit Australian Government and businesses which is reported to be handiwork of a nation-state backed hacking group and China is top on the suspect list. As reported by news.com.au, in an urgent press conference in Canberra, Prime Minister Scott Morrison said the ongoing, large-scale hack was being executed by a “sophisticated, state-based cyber actor." “This activity is targeting Australian organisations across a range of sectors, including all levels of government, industry, political organisations, education, health, essential service providers and operators of other critical infrastructure,” Morrison told the media. Is ZOOM Now The Number One Video Teleconferencing Service?

Video Teleconferencing service, Zoom, announced that the platform now has more than 300 million daily active meeting participants. Zoom CEO Eric S. Yuan, last month shared that the company had hit 200 million daily active meeting participants. That means the company has added more than 100 million users in roughly three weeks' time. Previously, Zoom reported that it had a total of 10 million users at the end of December 2019.This incredible stat was shared during a company webinar with Zoom CEO Yuan and later detailed on the company’s website.

Twitter SMS Dead And Gone

It is now official, Twitter has finally announced that it is  turning off its Twitter via SMS service for the majority of its global user base.  "You can no longer receive tweet notifications via SMS. Twitter is retiring the feature." On Monday twitter said via twitter support: "we want to continue to help keep your account safe. We’ve seen vulnerabilities with SMS, so we’ve turned off our Twitter via SMS service, except for a few countries. Everyone will still have access to important SMS messages needed to log in to and manage their accounts."
