The perpetrator "mr. Patrick", is a primary school teacher at Okundaye Primary School. And he is the fifth son of his parents. He also has boasted countless times that he is above the law. His father, a 78-year-old Benson Ekpenisi, from Owan-Nta Aliosimi in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State, lamented that he and his wife have suffered a lot in the hands of their fifth son, Patrick Ekpenisi.
