  Apple has focused on consumer privacy over the last few years. The iPhone manufacturer has argued about the matter with other Big wits in the Tech industry, most notably Meta, the owner of Facebook. Facebook has lost huge revenue due to Apple's attempts to preserve customer data. However, it turns out that Apple has been gathering user data on its own, despite its users having adjusted their settings to prevent the corporation from doing so. Apple is currently being sued. The software company Mysk's Tommy Mysk and Talal Haj Bakry, who work as app developers and security experts, recently discovered that iOS sends "every tap you make" to Apple from inside one of the business's apps. The developers claim that attempts to prevent collecting this data, such as using the Settings option to "block the sharing of Device Analytics completely," did not affect the data's transmission.

  Alexei Navalny has been jailed by a Russian Court over alleged parole violations in an embezzlement case dating back to 2014, which the Kremlin opponent argues is politically motivated.   Alyssa Anne Dayvault, a YouTube beauty blogger has been jailed for 40 years after she dumped her two newborn babies in the trash.   The YouTube star gave birth to a baby girl in 2017 followed by a baby boy in 2018. She dumped both babies in the trash moments after birthing them.   The 32 year old Alyssa Anne Dayvault, skipped her trial in October and a jury convicted her of two counts of homicide by child abuse despite her absence.   She was sentenced on Thursday, October 5, to spend four decades in prison. Judge Steven John sealed her sentence until she was located and brought to Horry County Court. The jury convicted her of throwing both babies in the garbage moments after birthing them.   After showing little emotion while hearing her verdict, she tearfully asked the judge to reconsider her sentence. “I just want to apologise,” she said.   She also has two other daughters, whom she also apologized to. “I hope one day they’ll forgive me for what I’ve done.” Dayvault also apologised
