  Donald Trump will no longer be permitted back on Twitter even if he runs again for office and wins, according to the company's chief financial officer. Asked during an interview on CNBC Wednesday whether Trump's tweeting privileges could be restored if he wins the presidency again, CFO Ned Segal clarified that Trump's ban is permanent. "The way our policies work, when you're removed from the platform, you're removed from the platform," he said, "whether you're a commentator, you're a CFO, or you are a former or current public official. Remember, our policies are designed to make sure that people are not inciting violence, and if anybody does that, we have to remove them from the service and our policies don't allow people to come back."   Twitter again flagged one of Trump's tweets for violating their rules on spreading misinformation about COVID-19. This time it was because of his false and dangerous claim that he is now immune to the coronavirus and can no longer spread it. In the tweet, he wrote, "A total and complete sign off from White House Doctors yesterday. That means I can’t get it (immune), and can’t give it. Very nice to know!!!" The letter from the doctors he is referring to was issued on Saturday night and does not explicitly say that the president tested negativefor the virus. The warning labels, which also make it impossible for the tweet to be retweeted, are a fairly toothless rebuke. They've also deleted posts and other tweets the president has shared. Are we going to close down our Country? No, we have learned to live with it, just like we are learning to live with Covid, in most populations far less lethal!!!” This is not true. Yes, people still die from the flu. The CDC reported at least 24,000 people in the U.S. died from the flu during the entire 2019-2020 season, which is in line with numbers in previous years.  The United States have recorded more than 210,000 deaths from COVID-19 in just six months.   Bannon and three others have been charged with defrauding people who donated to the viral "We Build the Wall" campaign on GoFundMe.  Bannon was arrested Thursday morning along with Brian Kolfage, Andrew Badolato and Timothy Shea, according to a statement from the US Attorney's office in the Southern District of New York. “As alleged, the defendants defrauded hundreds of thousands of donors, capitalizing on their interest in funding a border wall to raise millions of dollars, under the false pretense that all of that money would be spent on construction. While repeatedly assuring donors that Brian Kolfage, the founder and public face of We Build the Wall, would not be paid a cent, the defendants secretly schemed to pass hundreds of thousands of dollars to Kolfage, which he used to fund his lavish lifestyle. We thank the USPIS for their partnership in investigating this case, and we remain dedicated to rooting out and prosecuting fraud wherever we find it.”  Audrey Straus

The popular singer and entrepreneur, Kanye West on Saturday said he is running for president in the 2020 US election, an apparent challenge to go head-to-head with President Donald Trump. "We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future," West tweeted. "I am running for president of the United States! #2020VISION." West tweeted his plans days  teasing a new song and announcing a new album titled "God's Country." Fans immediately tweeted their support for the musician and business mogul, who has a history of promoting himself and his projects with political statements.
