A Two Weeks Old Baby Found Dumped Inside A Bag On The Street

  A security guard of a school by name as Gbenga Adelusi said the baby was dumped at the school gate at about 5:30 am on Monday morning. A woman yet to be identified dumped her two weeks old baby boy at Commander Way Street in Oke-Ijebu, Akure, Ondo state capital. Gbenga said he chanced upon the baby while doing his morning routine check-in every part of the school before handing over to the day guard when he heard the cry of the baby. Adelusi said he was shocked on sighting the baby, “On getting to the gate, the baby’s cry became stronger and I saw the baby wrapped in a black small Ghana-must-go bag.” An official of the Ondo Ministry of Women Affairs, Mrs. Yemisi Olagoke, said the matter has been reported to the police and the baby taken to the motherless babies’ home along Oba-Ile road. Olagoke urged young mothers who could not cater care for their babies to approach the Ministry’s Welfare Department of the Governor’s office rather than dumping them.

Sacrilege: A Catholic Priest Has Been Arrested For Having Sex On The Alter With Two Porn Stars

  Rev. Travis Clark, a Catholic priest has been arrested for desecrating the altar of Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church in Pearl River, Louisiana.    The priest was arrested for filming himself having sex with two dominatrices on the altar at his Catholic church. The dominatrices were identified as adult film actress Mindy Dixon, 41, and 23-year-old Melissa Cheng.  According to news making rounds, they were nabbed after a passerby saw the lights on later than usual on September 30. The unidentified witness saw the half-naked priest having sex with the two women who were dressed in corsets and high-heeled boots. The altar was also adorned with stage lighting, several sex toys, and a cellphone mounted on a tripod that was recording the act.   The witness took video footage of the unholy trinity and then called police. Kanye West took to Twitter on Thursday, October 8, to share an OK! magazine article that claims he now has a net worth of $5 billion.   Kanye commented on it, writing: "From $53 million in debt to a net worth of $5 billion in 4 years. Thank you, Jesus. I know I fall short, but I repent. I am fully in service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are building schools of the future. Thank God for providing the increase." But he has been accused of Lying.  The rapper, who is contesting for the US presidency, disclosed his financial records to the Federal Election Commission, something every presidential candidate is supposed to do.   According to Business Insider, Kanye West admitted in the financial disclosure forms to being worth "hundreds of millions of dollars" despite claiming to be worth $5 billion after signing a 10-year deal with Gap. The dad-of-four has partnerships with several huge brands, including Adidas, Louis Vuitton, and GAP. He also has his G.O.O.D. 

Ex Trump Adviser Steve Bannon Held For Fraud

  Bannon and three others have been charged with defrauding people who donated to the viral "We Build the Wall" campaign on GoFundMe.  Bannon was arrested Thursday morning along with Brian Kolfage, Andrew Badolato and Timothy Shea, according to a statement from the US Attorney's office in the Southern District of New York. “As alleged, the defendants defrauded hundreds of thousands of donors, capitalizing on their interest in funding a border wall to raise millions of dollars, under the false pretense that all of that money would be spent on construction. While repeatedly assuring donors that Brian Kolfage, the founder and public face of We Build the Wall, would not be paid a cent, the defendants secretly schemed to pass hundreds of thousands of dollars to Kolfage, which he used to fund his lavish lifestyle. We thank the USPIS for their partnership in investigating this case, and we remain dedicated to rooting out and prosecuting fraud wherever we find it.”  Audrey Straus

In Just Two Days China Has Sentenced Two Canadians To Death

  Relations between China and Canada grew worse after Canadian police arrested Huawei Technologies Chief Financial Officer and  the daughter of the founder of Chinese tech giant Huawei,  Meng Wanzhou,  at Vancouver's airport in late 2018. A court in China has sentenced a Canadian to death for transporting and manufacturing drugs, the second Canadian in just two days to receive the death penalty for narcotics. The Intermediate People's Court of Foshan City in Guangdong Province said Ye Jianhui was given the death sentence for "the crime of transporting and manufacturing drugs," according to a court statement released on Friday. Ye Jianhui, a Canadian national, was sentenced after a trial in the southern city of Foshan, the Foshan Intermediate People's Court said in a notice on its website on Friday. Family Dog Kills Newborn Twins In Brazil

The premature twin girls 'Anne' and 'Analú' were mauled to death by the animal when their mother, Elaine Novais, left them briefly to speak to a neighbor. The baby girls died on June 23, the same day they were scheduled to be born by cesarean. But they arrived a month early, The SUN reported.  The dog involved in the killing of the twins is Labrador and American Foxhound mix. The animal had been with the family for five years, and has been described usually docile. However, since the arrival of Anne and Analú, the dog became jealous after losing affection from its owners. The reports claimed on the day of the incident that happened in Piripá, in the northeastern state of Bahia, the 29-year-old mother of the twins rushed to her bedroom where the 26 day-old babies lay after hearing their cries. India's Coronavirus Vaccine Ready For Human Trials

India's first domestic candidate to get the green light from the government's drug regulator to proceed with  human trials of  COVID-19 vaccine is  Bharat Biotech International Ltd. The Drug Controller General of India has approved the company's application to conduct a Phase I and II clinical trial of Covaxin, which was developed along with the Indian Council of Medical Research's National Institute of Virology, the company said in a statement on Monday. Human clinical trials are scheduled to start across the country in July for the vaccine, which was developed and manufactured in Bharat Biotech's facility at Genome Valley in Hyderabad, India. More than 16,000 people have died from the disease since the first case in India in January - low when compared with countries with similar numbers of cases. But experts fear hospitals in the densely populated nation will be unable to cope with a steep rise in cases,  as cases surge in a country with more than 1.3 billion peo

New Virus In Pigs Has Potential Pandemic Risk - Scientists Warn

In China, a  new flu virus has been found in pigs which has now  become more infectious to humans and needs to be watched closely in case it becomes a potential "pandemic virus", a new study has found. A team of Chinese researchers looked at influenza viruses found in pigs from 2011 to 2018 and found a ("G4" strain of H1N1) with "all the essential hallmarks of a candidate pandemic virus", according to the paper, which was published in the US journal, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences - PNAS. This is because workers on pig farms showed elevated levels of the virus in their blood, the authors said, adding that "close monitoring in human populations, especially the workers in the swine industry, should be urgently implemented.

Breaking: Iran Issues Arrest Warrant For United States President Donald Trump

Iran has just issued an arrest warrant for Donald Trump - the US President, over the drone strike that killed a top Iranian general (Qasem Soleimani) in January, the semi-official Fars news agency reported Monday. Trump is one of 36 people Iran has issued arrest warrants for in relation to the death of Qasem Soleimani, commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), according to Fars, but the Tehran attorney general Ali Alqasi Mehr said Trump was at the top of the list. Fars reported that Mehr claimed Trump would be prosecuted as soon as he stands down presidency after his term ends. Furthermore, Iran also said it had asked Interpol to issue a Red Notice for these 36 individuals, semi-official state news agency ISNA reported, though it was unlikely that Interpol would grant the request. The Death Of A Man And His Son In India Police Custody Has Sparked Outrage

India has been trending recently on different levels of incidents which have been marked by protests across the country. The latest is the  death of a father and son in police custody in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, which has caused outrage after the victims' family accused the police of torturing the duo in custody. P Jayaraj, 59, and his son J Bennix, 31, were imprisoned by police last Friday in Thoothukudi district for violating coronavirus lockdown orders in the state. The police accused them of opening their mobile phone shop beyond the 8pm limit. The police claim Bennix complained of chest pain and Jayaraj suffered from high fever while they were lodged inside the sub-jail of Kovilpatti. They were taken to Kovilpatti government hospital where both of them died within hours of each other, the police said.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has said there is no evidence that face shields alone can protect against COVID-19. The Director General of the NCDC, Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu, said this during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Abuja. The warning follows the new trend of Nigerians wearing face shields in public settings. The NCDC director said there is evidence that a face shield might reduce exposure in healthcare workers but not meant to function alone as protection. “Presently there is no evidence on the effectiveness of face shields for community use by the public.  “Face shields are most important in healthcare settings to protect healthcare workers during healthcare processes.  “We do not have evidence at the moment that using face shields outside healthcare settings can protect members of the community. David Guillod, A Hollywood Producer, Charged With Multiple Sex Crimes

The Hollywood executive producer, David Guillod, has been charged with multiple counts of rape, sexual assault, and kidnap of four women in California. The charges came from alleged encounters in 2012, 2014 and 2015 with four unidentified women accusers, ranging in age from 27 to 41, in Los Angeles County and in Santa Barbara County, according to the complaint filed by Santa Barbara District Attorney Joyce Dudley. The 53year old who ran Primary Wave Entertainment, a talent agency, surrendered to police Monday morning in Santa Barbara, near Los Angeles after a three-year investigation. He is now in custody at the Santa Barbara County Jail, with bail set at $3 million.

The 55-year-old, whose real name is Mark Calaway, said in a recent documentary that there was "nothing left for him to conquer". His words suggest plans to retire after a career spanning three decades. But neither Mr Calaway nor the WWE have formally announced his retirement from the league. Lord Of The Rings Actor, Sir Ian Holm Is Dead

Sir Ian Holm, best known for his role as Bilbo Baggins in the  Lord of the Rings  trilogy, has died at the age of 88. The British actor's agent confirmed the news to the Guardian in a statement, saying that his illness was related to Parkinson's. “He died peacefully in hospital, with his family and carer,” the statement read. “Charming, kind and ferociously talented, we will miss him hugely.” Although Holm was probably best known for his role in  LOTR , he had a long and wide-ranging career, including key roles in  Alien ,  The Fifth Element , and  Ratatouille . He also picked up a 1967 Tony Award for his part in  Lenny , a 1998 Laurence Olivier Award for his performance in  King Lear,  and a 1981 BAFTA for a supporting part in  Chariots of Fire. Holm is survived by his wife Sophie de Stempel, who has been sharing sketches and photographs of her late husband on Instagram.
